Why this document exists
Most casino review sites are funded entirely by the operators they review. The incentive structure is obvious: platforms that pay higher commissions receive better scores. Platforms that refuse affiliate relationships get buried or blacklisted. Readers have no way of knowing which reviews reflect genuine analysis and which reflect financial arrangements.
CB was built by someone who spent seven years on the operator side of iGaming. We have seen how affiliate relationships shape editorial decisions in this industry. We have sat in the meetings. We know exactly how the pressure works — and we built CB specifically to resist it.
This document is our public commitment to that resistance. It explains our scoring methodology, our conflicts of interest policy, what we refuse to do regardless of commercial pressure, and what recourse readers and operators have if they believe we have violated these principles.
"We built CB because we know what questions to ask and where to look for the real answers. That only works if the answers are honest."
How CB scores platforms
Every CB score is derived from direct testing. We deposit real money. We make real withdrawals. We time them. We screenshot them. We read the terms and conditions — all of them, including the sections in small print that most reviewers skip. We submit support tickets and time the responses. We test on peak hours and off-peak hours. We repeat tests across multiple weeks before publishing a score.
The CB scoring system uses eight weighted dimensions:
| Dimension | Weight | What CB measures |
|---|---|---|
| Withdrawal speed | 30% | Average time across minimum 6 tests at varying amounts and times of day. Real wallet confirmation required — not platform-stated processing time. |
| Trust & track record | 20% | Years of operation, complaint resolution history, licensing, CB's direct experience as a customer over 30+ days. |
| Bonus value | 12% | Actual value after reading all T&Cs. Wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry, and CB's mathematical assessment of clearance probability. |
| Privacy & KYC | 12% | Real KYC thresholds verified by attempting withdrawals at increasing amounts — not what platforms advertise. |
| Game selection | 10% | Breadth, quality, and crypto-native game availability. Sports betting evaluated separately from casino. |
| Customer support | 7% | Average response time across 5+ test queries. Quality of resolution, not just speed. |
| VIP & rewards | 5% | Rakeback rates, accessibility of mid-tier rewards, transparency of tier requirements. |
| Mobile experience | 4% | Tested on iOS and Android. Functional parity with desktop, load times, and crash frequency. |
Scores are updated weekly. When a platform's performance changes — positively or negatively — its score changes. A platform cannot lock in a favourable score by paying a higher commission rate. A platform that was rated 9.0 last month and has three times the normal withdrawal complaints this week will see its score fall this week.
Our commercial relationships
CB earns revenue through affiliate commissions. When a reader uses a CB link or code to sign up at a platform and makes a deposit, CB earns a percentage of the revenue that player generates for the operator. This is standard affiliate practice in iGaming.
We disclose this on every page that contains affiliate links. We disclose it in our YouTube video descriptions. We disclose it here. We do not hide it.
However, the following commercial arrangements are things CB will not do, regardless of financial incentive:
CB WARNING — how it works
CB operates a real-time monitoring system that watches for complaint patterns across Reddit, Trustpilot, and our own testing data. When CB identifies a pattern that suggests a platform may be failing players — slow withdrawals, KYC delays, bonus term breaches, support blackouts — CB issues a public warning.
Three or more withdrawal complaints with the same pattern within 48 hours. A Trustpilot rating drop of 0.5 or more within 7 days. CB's own testing producing a withdrawal time more than 3x the platform's stated average. Unannounced changes to bonus terms. Support going silent on active complaints.
When a warning is issued, CB notifies its Telegram channel immediately. The warning remains on the platform's page and in CB's leaderboard until CB independently verifies resolution — not when the operator tells us it is resolved.
CB also maintains a blacklist of platforms that have received warnings not resolved within 30 days. These platforms are removed from CB's comparison tool and bonus code listings. Their affiliate links are deactivated. This policy applies regardless of commission rate.
An operator seeking to resolve a CB WARNING must demonstrate — through CB's own retesting, not through operator-provided data — that the underlying issue has been fixed. CB will retest within 7 days of receiving a formal resolution request. If retesting confirms resolution, the warning is removed and the score updated.
Conflicts of interest
CB's founder has seven years of commercial director experience in the iGaming industry. This means CB has existing relationships with operators, affiliate managers, and platform representatives. We disclose this clearly.
These relationships benefit CB's readers in one specific way: direct negotiation with affiliate managers means CB can secure bonus terms — higher match percentages, lower wagering requirements — that are not available through standard sign-up flows. CB exclusive codes are a direct result of these relationships.
These relationships create a potential conflict of interest in one specific way: platforms with whom CB has pre-existing relationships could receive preferential treatment in scoring. We address this conflict through the following commitments:
Responsible gambling commitment
CB analyses crypto betting platforms for adults in jurisdictions where this activity is legal. We do not serve users in the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, or other restricted jurisdictions. Our website implements geo-detection and age verification on every visit.
CB's content is analytical and informational. We test and score platforms. We do not encourage excessive gambling, promote gambling as a reliable source of income, or publish content designed to exploit vulnerable individuals.
Every CB page carries responsible gambling resources. Every CB video description includes an 18+ notice and a link to BeGambleAware. If a platform CB reviews does not display responsible gambling resources clearly, this is noted as a negative in our trust score.
CB's content is not appropriate for anyone experiencing problem gambling. If gambling is causing you harm, please contact BeGambleAware at begambleaware.org (UK) or GamCare at gamcare.org.uk. International resources are available at gamblingtherapy.org. CB will remove any user from our Telegram channel on request if they identify themselves as experiencing gambling harm.
Corrections and complaints
CB publishes corrections when we get things wrong. If a withdrawal time we published was inaccurate, we correct it, note the correction publicly, and update the score accordingly. We do not delete or silently edit content to remove errors.
If you believe a CB score is inaccurate, inconsistent with our stated methodology, or reflects a conflict of interest we have not disclosed, please contact us. We will investigate and respond within 7 days.
If you are an operator who believes a CB score is unfair or a CB WARNING is unjustified, please contact us with your evidence. We will retest. We will update the score if the evidence warrants it. We will not update the score because you asked us to without evidence.

Use of AI in CB content
CB uses AI tools in its production workflow. This includes AI-generated video avatars for YouTube content, AI-assisted script generation using CB's real testing data as source material, and automated monitoring systems that flag complaint patterns for human review.
We disclose this because we believe readers have a right to know. The following commitments apply to CB's use of AI:
